Head of cultural programming for Ace Hotels, Sister City and Atelier Ace Projects, we led on creative direction for the pan-property cultural team and driving new brand initiatives.

Cultural programming tells a story, builds brand identity, loyalty and communicates inherent values. Our work included developing structures for delivery, cross property programmes, partnerships and comms at the local level for existing properties, whilst also leading on narrative, strategy and recruitment for all new developments.

Each Hotel had a local lead on programming and partnerships, responsible for developing and delivering a 365-days-a-year public facing events programme, spanning music, visual arts, fashion, science, and sports. In partnership with the amazing team of on property creatives we were able to leverage this always on experiential marketing and partnerships programme to drive exposure and visibility for the hotels and parent brand, in turn creating demand and driving press coverage, social media engagement, room sales and F&B revenue.
