Coal Drops Yard
Cultural Strategy and Meanwhile Use
Placemaking, 2018 - 2021
Placemaking, branding and meanwhile for Coal Drops Yard and King’s Cross, as part of our wider strategy for the estate.
Embedded into the client organisation and working in partnership with other agencies, we developed, delivered and implemented strategic partnerships that encompassed everything from meanwhile leasing, markets, citywide partnerships, visual identity, large-scale installations and events for Coal Drops Yard.
Our work launched this new destination to the London market, providing end-to-end project management, we created growth through experiential cultural initiatives and a multi-award winning brand identity that delivered against key metrics. We worked with external partners to deliver an impactful brand identity to support the launch strategy, all of which delivered significant cut-through with the public.
